We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services, and want customers to be satisfied with them.
We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us.
Can I Make a Return?
Yes, for most of our finished goods returns are applicable as long as the goods are returned in their original, untarnished formed.
What Goods Aren’t Applicable?
Products that require extensive customization like our sheet metal and roll formed products i.e roofing, decking, flashing etc, are dealt on a case by case basis.
Can Customized Products Be Returned?
Yes, if the fault lies with our manufacturing or ordering process, customers can return the goods however, if the fault lies with the customer during the ordering process or when the goods are received, these products cannot be returned. Special consideration can be given in these types of circumstances.
Is There a Restocking Fee?
A 25.0% restocking fee is applied to all goods being returned. This fee is wavier in cases where issues with the finished products is a found to be at fault of VarmaSteel.
What Do I Need to Return These Goods?
Your original bill with signature is required to make a return
How Do I Return These Goods?
If a customer wishes to return these goods, we advise them to use or purchase their own transportation.
Can I receive a Credit Note?
Yes, at the request of the customer, a credit note can be issued if the customer wishes to not receive a cash refund or bank transfer.
What Other Fees Are Applied?
In cases where the customer pays by cheque or cards, a transfer fee may apply.
