Cancellations & Changes

Sometimes we understand customers wish to cancel or make last minute changes to their orders. As part of our continued strive to improve customer service, we’ve made some changes to our ordering process to ensure that you, our customers are ordering the right materials necessary for your project.
Is There A Time Limit Before I Can Change The Order?

For orders placed over the phone, at the sales office or over our website. We usually give the customer 2 hrs. before an order can be changed. Once the order has been processed and approved by the customer, changes cannot be made unless under special circumstances.

How Do We Ensure Customers Orders Are Correct?

Our sales staff take the time and effort to assist you or your project manager/builder to make sure no errors occur during the ordering process. Once the order has been approved, the customer is required to sign our quality control forms to ensure order accuracy.

Can I Change The Order If It Has Already Been Processed?

Yes, you’re allowed to change an order if it has already been processed however, this only occurs under specific circumstances

-        If the product is a fixed product and not customized i.e roofing, flashing, deckings etc. Then you can change the finished good.

-        If errors during the order were done in part by the sales team or manufacturing team.

-        If the goods are damaged severely during transportation or storing by our staff

We highly recommend to all customers to ensure that all customized orders are correct, while our process is not 100% fool proof, we still take the time and dedication to ensure that you’re ordering process is seamless and correct.
