If the order has not been processed, we can certainly amend your order. Varma’s quick processing times means that we can complete an order pending its size within 20 minutes. So, all changes must be brought to our immediate attention.
Our trained sales staff takes the initiative to walk the client through their order as to sure no errors occur during the ordering process. For example, if the client’s listing mentions galvanize but does not reference a specific profile: They will show you all the available profiles. It’s the client’s choice for here.
If your listing mentions flashing and perhaps includes no dimensions, we try to assist you in assessing the type of flashing you need, and the appropriate dimensions. We may do this by contacting the builder on your behalf, etc.
Once the items to the order have been finalized, the order is reviewed with the client and then approved, the customer is required to sign at the bottom of the invoice verifying the order and its accuracy. Or they may submit instructions for us to proceed with the order if the purchase is not done in person.
We understand, that due to unpredictable or sudden circumstances, you may need to forgo on certain projects in order to liquidate funds quickly. However, our Company’s Policy, would be to only offer you a store credit. Although this is not an absolute, we will make certain considerations due to the: length of time the deposit was held, etc. We do not encourage customers to pause for lengthy periods of time before attending to their orders.
