The Corrugated Roofing profile has an effective coverage of 3 Ft (914mm) with a total width of of nearly 3.5 Ft (1092mm). It can be manufactured to any specified length in over 20 different colours. Available in 28, 26 and 24 gauges. Similar to our other products, it has the added added benefit of an AZM (aluminum, zinc & magnesium) coating, this creates a sheet that is long lasting and that has high colour retention.
The continuous wave like pattern of the profile adds an additional layer of strength while the deep groves creates a wider surface area for water to be captured and easily runoff into the guttering.

Corrugated Video Installation
The Corrugated Profile uses an exposed fastener system. Panels are secured on every third ridge with each panel overlapping the other by one ridge. Its lightweight and ridged design makes for an easy installation as panels can easily fit over each other without the need for clips. Screws are tightened at the top of every third ridge with spacing on the vertical plane being every 2 to 3 feet depending on the spacing of the purlins. Butyl tape can be applied along every joining as an added layer of protection against moisture.
